We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- Final sale and hygiene-sensitive items may be non-returnable.

- Provide order number and reason for return.
- We’ll share pickup or drop-off instructions.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Processing can take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
